Undead Legacy is a very comprehensive overhaul mod for 7 Days to Die and is one of the most popular. Dealing with changes to skills, weight, weapons, workstations, mining and many other aspects of the game. It does not change monsters in many ways, but has introduced scorpions to the current list of the enemy. Undead Legacy is sometimes considered a mod that works very well for those wanting a deeper vanilla experience and not necessarily making the game considerably more difficult.
